Courier Servie / Flat rate £25 per order. Countries Included: Australia, Canada, Egypt, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, UAE.

Depending on the shipper their aim is for 5 to 10 days but of late it may take up to 2 weeks and 4 weeks for the far East. Any tracking references will  be emailed as soon as the goods have gone.

RETURNS POLICY

IMPORTANT PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY 

I am a designer / maker not a brand all items are limited edition or one of a kind so I only accept refunds on items if they are faulty. If there is a problem please email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Refunds will only be offered if items are faulty and only under the condition the items are unworn. The order must be dispatched back via secure postal services within 7 days of receipt. They must be returned in the gift box they came in with the packaging.

There is no refund given on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
